Braketech NZ was started in January 2013 by motorport parts specialist David Read.
Dave has 25 Years in the automotive parts industry and spent the last 4½ years supplying some of the worlds leading brake components to all aspects of motorsport in NZ.
After a short break from the industry Dave realised there was a need for an independent brake specialist supplying affordable high quality products to motorsport in the south Island, from club level to national championship competitors in all aspects of racing.
Braketech now supplies product from some of the most well known brands in motorsport – Carbon Lorraine, Ferodo, Hawk, EBC, Alcon and Motul to name a few.
These products have been selected by Braketech for their proven performance, reliability and history in motorsport around the world. While the focus is on quality that doesn’t mean they have to be expensive. Affordability is major factor when it comes to motor racing and braketech has worked to ensure its products are competitively priced to ensure total customer satisfaction.
